Rising Star - Individual

This award will highlight the recent contributions made by an individual within an organization. A transformational company which shifts the industry focus and trend must have a champion on the front line that can take a complex strategy and execute it with courage, creativity, and concrete conviction. These trend-setters don’t follow the status quo; they rise up to execute a higher standard.

Judges will be looking for a leader who personifies innovation, stimulates intelligent action to meet opportunity and ultimately delivers that vision. Leaders who can drive operations to new paradigms are critical to transform a company into an industry leadership role. While this individual may not be new to the industry, the Rising Star Individual will have made the most remarkable strides in their role, inevitably impacting industry.

Judges will consider all senior management who are not a CEO. Judges will consider performance from January 2009.
