This section of award categories will recognize courage, dedication, vision and judgment that transform and empower organizations. Each company or individual will be a leader who is highly respected by both peers and competitors, and trusted by investors. These are not awards for organizational effectiveness, or for revenue and profit growth—though without those qualifications, entrants would barely be on the starting grid. These are awards for companies or individuals who have made a difference at a company level, in the industry as a whole or in the lives of peers, employees and the community.
